Here is one of the cards we made at one of my last club get together. We had a good time and the girls loved the card.
This card uses all Stampin' Up product!
Stamp Set: Sweet Centers
Ink: Old Olive, Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie
Paper: Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White, and Cast A Spell DSP
Accessories: 1 3/4" circle punch, sweet center cups, SNAIL adhesive, dimensionals, Old Olive striped ribbon, corner rounder punch, sponge daubers, and 1 1/4" punch.
Here is a card I made for a very sweet friend of mine who's Birthday is tomorrow. Her name is Rosemarie, don't you think this Stamp Set is perfect for her? Her favorite color is purple, so I had to incorporate it in the card. Hope you like it!

Paper: Whisper White, Lavender lace, Elegant Eggplant, and the Cottage Wall Designer Series paper
Ink: Lavender Lace and Elegant Eggplant, Old Olive, and Certainly Celery
Accessories: Stamp-a-ma-jig, SNAIL, paper snips, paper piercer, cutting mat, corner rounder punch, scallop circle punch, 1 1/4 punch, and the 1 3/8 circle punch

I am just loving those great bookmarks everyone is making lately. Here is my version using some of our awesome new in-colors.
The card above is what my friend would receive. The top right corner piece is removable and becomes your bookmark! You send a card and gift at the same time. Love it!

Silly me, had our Stampers 10 club meeting last Saturday and completely forgot to take pictures of the Tri-Fold Shutter cards we made. So I thought I would share a few I have made for myself. Hope you enjoy!
I used the sadly retiring Rasberry Tart Designer Series paper, and the beautiful flower embellishment was made by my very talented sister using the quilling technique we are going to incorporate into future cards using Stampin' Up paper, of course! Love it!
This card uses the "also retiring" Sweet Slumber Specialty Designer Paper. I LOVE the friends 24-7 stamp set! So did my Stampers 10 club ladies!.....:-)
I fell in love with the Great Friend Stamp Set in the new Occasions Mini starting April 1, 2009. Here is a quick sample of one of the cards I made. I know I will be using this set a lot. I am blessed to have many wonderful friends!

Ink: Cameo coral, and Rose Red
Paper: Kiwi Kiss, Rose Red, Cameo Coral and Whisper White

Cardstock:
Instructions 1. Fold Bashful Blue cardstock (8-1/2" x 8-1/2") in half to create a triangle. Fold front of triangle down so that tip of flap is approximately 1/2" from bottom edge. Fold right side of triangle in so that top edge of side is even with the top edge of flap. Repeat with left side. Pull right and left sides back and pull flap up, then fold sides in and fold flap over.2. Stamp dots image repeatedly in VersaMark ink on inside of pouch. Wrap Chocolate Chip 5/8" grosgrain ribbon around pouch and adhere. 3. Round corners of Pretty in Pink card stock (3" x 2") using 3/16" Corner Rounder punch. Adhere Old Olive card stock (3" x 1/4") to Pretty in Pink card stock. 4. Stamp “A little yummy for your tummy” in Chocolate Chip ink on Whisper White card stock. Cut out image. Stamp heart image in Rose Red ink on Rose Red card stock. Cut out heart and adhere to yummy piece. Adhere to Pretty in Pink card stock using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Adhere entire piece to Bashful Blue pouch using Stampin’ Dimensionals. 5. Tie Chocolate Chip 5/8" grosgrain ribbon in a knot and adhere to left side of pouch. Happy Stampin'! Gloria Plunkett |
O.K., I must say, Stampin' Up does run in our family. Here is my oldest son with his son (my sweet grandson Ryan), making a card for mommy's Valentine. He did it "all by himself". I was so proud of him. He said, mom, I want to make a card for Lynn (Ryan's mommy), and I want to make it myself, just show me how to use your tools...hehe, here are some shots of him going to town.
